How fit do I need to be?

If you can comfortably ride [20–25] miles with some climbing, you'll enjoy the day ride. The overnight is longer and carries more weight, so you should be riding regularly. Not sure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

What kind of bike do I need?

A gravel bike or hardtail mountain bike with tires 38mm or wider. Road bikes aren't suitable. We can point you to local rental shops if you need one.

Do you provide bikes or camping gear?

We don't rent equipment ourselves, but we work with local rental partners and can help you arrange a bike, bags or camping gear before your trip.

How do I get to the start?

Trips start at a trailhead near [location]. We'll send directions and parking details after you book. Need a ride? We can connect you with a local shuttle provider.

What's the minimum age?

Riders must be at least [__] years old. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign the participant agreement[, and must ride with an adult].

What happens if the weather is bad or there's a fire?

We watch conditions closely. If weather, wildfire, smoke or a road closure makes a trip unsafe, we'll switch to an alternate route, reschedule, or refund you. See our cancellation policy below.

What's your cancellation policy?

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Why is booking direct cheaper?

Booking platforms charge us a fee on every reservation. When you book on our site, we pass the savings on to you as 10% off.
